      How to Use Scopoderm Motion Sickness Herbal Patches

      Directions for Use

      For Adults

      • Apply one patch approximately 1 to 3 hours before your journey, or the night before.

      • Choose a clean, dry, hairless area of unbroken skin behind the ear.

      Application Steps:

      1. Remove the patch from the sachet.

      2. Peel off the clear, backing, holding the patch by the edges to avoid touching the sticky side.

      3. Firmly press the silver-colored sticky side onto the skin behind your ear lobe. Avoid broken, irritated, or sensitive skin.

      4. Wash your hands thoroughly after applying. Do not touch the patch once it’s in place.

        • If you accidentally touch the patch, wash your hands immediately.

        • Avoid contact with your eyes—if hyoscine gets in your eyes, it can temporarily affect your vision.

      After your journey, remove the patch and dispose of it safely. Then, wash both your hands and the skin area where the patch was applied.

      Duration & Reapplication

      • Each patch lasts up to 1-3 days (72 hours).

      • If travelling longer, replace the patch after 1-3 days with a new one.

      • You can bathe, swim, or shower while wearing the patch, but avoid staying in water too long as it could weaken the glue on the patch and fall off.

      • If the patch comes off accidentally, dispose of it and apply a new one.

      Use in Special Groups

      Elderly

      Scopoderm patches can be used (same adult dose), but elderly users may be more sensitive to side effects.

      Children
