2. Shipping & Delivery

3. International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Scopoderm.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

Returns Policy

1. Your Statutory Rights

At Scopoderm.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. This returns policy is designed to ensure that you have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please note that this policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws, including your right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (for UK/EU customers).

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items purchased from Scopoderm.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the exclusions outlined below. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

3. Exclusions

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Health and personal care items such as medications, skincare, or hygiene products where the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Notify our customer service team at support@scopoderm.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange for the same item. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange for an exchange.

7. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel in writing within the 14-day period. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will have an additional 14 days to return the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods were delivered in error or are defective.

8. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
