Dispatch & Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, your Scopoderm order will be dispatched promptly using Royal Mail Tracked 24 for UK deliveries or International Priority Delivery for customers abroad.

To keep you informed every step of the way, a tracking number will be emailed to you, so you can easily follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your Scopoderm product is unused and still in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of delivery (including weekends).

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
